ORDER PROCESSING 

Orders will generally be shipped within  2-3 business days. Please note that some of our items require additional shipping time. If an item requires additional shipping time it will be listed in the description of the item. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

If your order has been confirmed as delivered and you have not received it, you can contact the shipping carrier to check the status of your order.

We do not issue refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered on the shipping carrier's site.
